- 1 x 420g can tomatoes, chopped
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 black peppercorns
- Pinch of dried oregano
Method
- Blend tomatoes, salt, peppercorns and oregano in a food processor for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Makes: 2 cups tomato sauce (enough for eight pizzas).
- Freeze: 3 months, sealed in an airtight container.
