Method

  1. Place almonds into the Boss jug and pulse until roughly chopped (breadcrumb stage)
  2. Add the dry ingredients and pulse again until well combined.
  3. Add the honey, coconut oil and milk; using the blend setting, mix until well combined. Use the scraper as needed.
  4. Scrape mixture out into a bowl and roll into tablespoon size balls.  Coat in either desiccated coconut or sweet dukkah mixture.
  5. To make sweet dukkah, preheat oven to 200­°C. Combine all ingredients and spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.  Bake in oven for 5-10 minutes or until golden.  Allow to cool then process in the Boss until finely chopped.
