Ingredients
Coconut, blueberry & chocolate maca Smoothie
- 400ml coconut milk
- 400ml coconut water
- 200g frozen blue berries
- 1 ripe banana
- 4 fresh dates, pitted
- 2 tablespoons maca powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa nibs
Jamu
- 1 cup water
- juice of 2 lemons
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 -2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp turmeric powder or 1 small piece fresh turmeric, peeled
- seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- good pinch of cayenne pepper
Triple Green Smoothie
- 1 green apple, quartered, cored
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, roughly chopped
- 30g (2/3 cup) kale leaves, stems removed, roughly chopped
- 1 banana, peeled
- 2 small sticks celery, halved
- 1/4 lemon, peeled, seeds removed
- 500ml (2 cups) chilled coconut water
Method
For the smoothies
- Place all ingredients into the Boss jug and blend on the Green Smoothie setting.
- Serve
For the Jamu
- Place all ingredients into the Boss jug and blend on MILL (high speed) for 20 seconds.
