Ingredients
- 250g ‘OO’ Flour
- Pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Extra ‘OO’ flour for shaping
Method
- Assemble Mixer using the dough hook and the large mixer bowl. Place flour and salt into bowl. Make a well and add eggs, yolks and olive oil.
- Slowly turn mixer to KNEAD/FOLD setting and mix for about 4-5 minutes or until dough combines. If dough has not combined add 1-2 teaspoons water if needed.
- Remove dough from bowl onto a floured surface and knead to a smooth ball. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rest for 1-2 hours.
- Use a pasta machine to make pasta.
