Ingredients
- Approximately 30ml shot of espresso
- 150ml cold milk
- Drinking chocolate
- 180-220ml serving cup
Method
- Texture milk to desired temperature
- At the same time, extract espresso shot directly into serving cup
- Swirl milk in milk jug to integrate the texture
- Pour milk directly into the centre of the espresso
- Garnish with drinking chocolate
