- Approximately 30ml shot of espresso
- 150ml cold milk
- 180-120ml serving cup
Method
- Texture milk to desired temperature
- At the same time, extract single shot of espresso directly into serving cup
- Swirl milk in the milk jug to integrate texture
- Pour milk directly into the centre of the espresso
