Ingredients

  • approximately 30ml shot of espresso
  • 150ml cold milk
  • 200-220ml serving glass

Method

  1. Texture milk to desired temperature
  2. At the same time, extract espresso shot directly into serving glass
  3. Swirl milk in milk jug to integrate texture
  4. Pour milk directly into the centre of the espresso
