Ingredients

  • Approximately 30ml espresso
  • 2 teaspoons textured milk
  • 60-90ml serving cup or glass

Method

  1. Texture fresh, cold milk and set aside
  2. Extract 30ml espresso directly into 60-90ml serving cup
  3. Swirl Milk in milk jug
  4. Spoon 2 teaspoons of textured milk into the centre of the espresso
