- Approximately 30ml espresso
- 2 teaspoons textured milk
- 60-90ml serving cup or glass
Method
- Texture fresh, cold milk and set aside
- Extract 30ml espresso directly into 60-90ml serving cup
- Swirl Milk in milk jug
- Spoon 2 teaspoons of textured milk into the centre of the espresso
