  2. At the same time, extract espresso directly into serving glass
  3. Stir 1 teaspoon of drinking chocolate into espresso shot
  4. Swirl milk in milk jug to integrate texture
  5. Pour milk directly into the centre of the espresso
  6. Garnish with drinking chocolate
