Ingredients

  • Approximately 30ml shot of espresso
  • Cold milk
  • 90ml serving glass

Method

  1. Texture milk to desired temperature
  2. At the same time, extract single shot of espresso directly into serving glass
  3. Swirl milk in milk jug to integrate the texture
  4. Pour milk directly into centre of the espresso
