Ingredients
- Approximately 30ml shot of espresso
- Cold milk
- 90ml serving glass
Method
- Texture milk to desired temperature
- At the same time, extract single shot of espresso directly into serving glass
- Swirl milk in milk jug to integrate the texture
- Pour milk directly into centre of the espresso
