Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250ml) coconut milk, chilled
  • 1 cup (185g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1⁄4 cup (60g) coconut or vanilla yoghurt
  • 3 mint leaves

Optional:

  • 1 tablespoon agave, coconut or rice malt syrup

Method

  1. Place ingredients into tumbler and secure blades.
  2. Lock into motor base and blend for 45 seconds, or until smooth.
