Ingredients
- ½ cup plain flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch salt
Method
- Mix together flour, sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl. Add oil, water, vanilla and salt and mix well.
- Spoon into 2 small espresso cups (approx. 100ml) and place around the edges of the turntable.
- Select 80% power and dial up 1.30 minutes. Press START button.
- Remove and serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
