Ingredients
- Softened butter
- 8 thick slices wholemeal bread
- 2 tablespoons cranberry jelly
- 250g shaved turkey breast
- 200g brie, sliced
- 60g baby spinach leaves
- Freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Preheat jaffle maker until green light switches on.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread and place slices, buttered side down. Spread cranberry jelly evenly over 4 slices and top with turkey breast, brie and baby spinach. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Cover with remaining bread, butter side up.
- Place into jaffle maker, close lid and cook 3 minutes or until bread is golden and crisp.
