Ingredients

  • Approximately 60ml espresso (double shot)
  • 180ml cold milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice-cream
  • 30ml vanilla flavouring
  • 200/250ml serving glass
  • Blender

Method

  1. Extract double shot espresso into glass
  2. Mix espresso and all ingredients together in blender
  3. Serve in serving glass
