Mango and Chia Pudding

The goodness of whole foods, and sharing simple, nutritious ideas was the inspiration for The Brown Paper Bag.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 mango cheek
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ cup diced pineapple
  • 2 mint leaves shredded

 

Method

  1. Combine almond milk half the mango, maple and vanilla in  the Boss and blitz on blend for 40 seconds.
  2. Add chia seeds to THE BOSS and blitz a further 5 seconds.
  3. Slice remaining mango into small pieces
  4. Pour half chia milk into the jar, place a layer of pineapple and mango piece, then pour remaining chia milk into jar and finish with fruit and mint.
  5. Place in fridge overnight to set.
