Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 banana, chopped
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 small beetroot, peeled and chopped
- 2 teaspoons acai powder
To serve:
Goji Berries, pecan crumble, pomegranate arils
Method
Combine all ingredients in the Boss To Go™ and blitz 1 minute to combine. Pour into serving bowl and top with goji berries, pecan crumble, pomegranate arils or toppings as you wish.
