Ingredients
- 155g macadamia nuts
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Himalayan salt or sea salt
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Method

Soak the macadamia nuts in 750 ml of water for at least one hour (up to four hours). Drain and rinse well.
- Place the macadamia in a food processor; add the lemon juice, salt and pepper and pulse for a minute to combine.
- Add 60ml of water and continue to process until smooth. Can be stored in the fridge for 5 – 7 days.
